You will manage campaigns, nurture leads, and track performance within CRM systems, contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Night shift is included as part of the hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation, marketing, appointment setting, inside sales, or customer engagement.
• Strong digital savviness with prospects across social media, email, messaging, and CRM tools.
• Exceptional relationship-building, organization, and follow-up with a target-driven mindset.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to learn health and wellness products quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing initiatives and engage with incoming prospects across social media, email, messaging, and phone to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Communicate product and service benefits clearly to prospective clients while educating them using approved health and wellness materials.
• Convert qualified leads into booked appointments with healthcare providers through proactive lead nurturing and scheduling workflows.
• Track lead activity, follow-ups, and conversions within CRM, escalating clinical inquiries as needed.
• Support payment collection activities by following up on outstanding balances and maintaining accurate transaction records.
