MicroSourcing is hiring a Virtual Assistant (Marketing & Lead Generation) in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role is hybrid with a night shift, focusing on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and appointment setting for healthcare-related services.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in lead generation, marketing, and inside sales, with strong digital skills across social media, email, and CRM platforms. Spanish-English bilingualism and healthcare industry familiarity are a plus.

• Proven experience in lead generation, marketing, appointment setting, inside sales, or customer engagement.
• Strong digital savviness with prospects across social media, email, messaging, and CRM tools.
• Excellent relationship-building, organizational and follow-up skills with a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing initiatives and engage with incoming prospects across social media, email, messaging, and phone to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Communicate product and service benefits clearly to prospective clients while building trust and educating them using approved health and wellness materials.
• Convert qualified leads into booked appointments with healthcare providers through proactive lead nurturing, direct scheduling, and appointment confirmation workflows.
• Track lead activity, follow-ups, and conversion metrics within CRM systems while escalating clinical or medical inquiries to appropriate providers.
• Support payment collection activities by following up on outstanding client balances and maintaining accurate transaction records according to established processes.
