Manuel V. Gallego Foundation Colleges, Inc. (MVGFCI) seeks a Faculty – Marketing to deliver quality instruction in marketing-related courses under the Institute of Business and Management.

The role involves preparing instructional materials, guiding student learning, assessing performance, and supporting academic activities in line with policy and standards. The successful candidate will teach marketing courses, develop syllabi, and engage in curriculum development, research, and extension

Formación

• Must have a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of current marketing principles, strategies and industry practices.
• Ability to develop instructional materials and assess student learning outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Teach marketing-related courses and facilitate student learning with effective instructional strategies.
• Prepare course syllabi, lesson plans, learning materials, and assessment tools.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback to support learning and development.
• Integrate current marketing trends and industry practices into classroom instruction.
• Participate in academic meetings, curriculum development, research, and extension activities.
• Maintain accurate academic records and comply with institutional policies.
