Job summary

Two Connect is seeking a Marketing Executive with HubSpot experience to work from home in the Philippines on a dayshift schedule. You will own HubSpot CRM, drive marketing automation and lead nurturing, and execute multi-channel campaigns while creating digital content and analyzing performance.

You will collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation, engagement and conversion and identify opportunities to optimize marketing processes using AI and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field is highly regarded.
• Proven experience managing and optimising HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, sequences, reporting, segmentation and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of CRM-driven marketing, lead nurturing and marketing automation.
• Experience planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience producing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, landing pages and digital marketing content.
• Proficiency with Canva for creating and updating marketing collateral and branded assets.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, sales funnels and conversion optimisation.
• Ability to analyse marketing performance and translate insights into measurable commercial outcomes.
• Highly proactive with confidence to identify opportunities and drive initiatives independently.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

As the Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of the company's HubSpot CRM, drive marketing automation and lead nurturing initiatives, execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, create engaging digital content, and analyze campaign performance. You'll work closely with the sales team to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion while identifying opportunities to optimize marketing processes using AI and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field would be highly regarded.
