Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to strengthen the brand’s creator network, focusing on retention, repeat partnerships, ambassador engagement, and long-term community growth.

You will work with the internal marketing team and New Collabs Specialist to turn successful collaborations into ongoing creator relationships, and expand earned organic reach across wellness, beauty, and lifestyle creators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communications or related discipline.
• 2–4+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or community management.
• Direct experience building or improving a creator community or ambassador program.
• Proven ability turning one-off collaborations into repeat partnerships or long-term relationships.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator relationships and organic advocacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, professional style.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple creator relationships and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow the creator community and ambassador program for long-term engagement.
• Convert one-off collaborations into repeat partnerships and ongoing creator relationships.
• Act as day-to-day relationship lead for existing creators and ensure they feel valued and connected to the brand.
• Own creator retention activity and measure engagement, repeat collaborations, and community growth.
• Collaborate with the New Collabs Specialist to ensure smooth handover from outreach to ongoing management.
• Identify high-value creator relationships and advise on investments of time, products, or opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication to encourage brand advocacy and long-term partnerships.
• Support ambassador initiatives, campaigns, gifting activity, and retention-focused activations.
• Keep stakeholders informed on activity, performance, and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain organised creator records and follow-up actions.

• Keep internal stakeholders informed on creator activity, relationship updates, community performance, and partnership opportunities.
• Track creator engagement, repeat collaboration performance, content activity, community growth, and retention‑related outcomes.
• Maintain organised creator records, relationship notes, follow‑up actions, campaign participation, and community engagement activity.
• Stay across creator trends and emerging opportunities within the wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and influencer marketing landscape.
• Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to ensure creator relationships support wider brand, campaign, content, and growth objectives.
• Other position‑level duties as they arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 2–4+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, ambassador programs, community management, or a similar role is essential.
• Direct experience building, managing, or improving a creator community, ambassador program, or creator retention program is essential.
• Proven ability to turn one-off creator collaborations into repeat partnerships or long‑term brand relationships is essential.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator relationships, campaign partnerships, gifting, ambassador activity, and organic advocacy is essential.
• Strong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to make creators feel supported, valued, and genuinely connected to the brand, are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a warm, professional, and engaging communication style, are essential.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships, follow‑ups, campaigns, and priorities at once, are essential.
• Good understanding of the wellness, beauty, lifestyle, health, or consumer brand creator landscape is essential.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal marketing teams, creator outreach specialists, and wider stakeholders is essential.
• Self‑motivated approach, with the ability to work remotely and take accountability for day‑to‑day priorities and relationship management, is essential.
• Experience using influencer marketing tools such as Trybe, Growi, Modash, HypeAuditor, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Existing relationships within the Australian wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or health creator space are highly regarded.
• Experience tracking creator retention, repeat collaboration rates, community growth, or influencer campaign performance is desirable.
• Positive, proactive, and relationship‑led approach, with a genuine interest in building a strong creator community around the brand, is essential.
