Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing/communications, etc.
• Experience in marketing, especially F&B or hospitality is a plus.
• Solid grounding in social media management and content creation.
• Basic photography/videography and editing skills are expected.
• Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop; CapCut is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Update restaurant websites, menus and promotional content.

About the role

We are looking for a creative, organised and hands‑on Marketing Executive to support the marketing activities of our F&B / restaurant brands. This is a dynamic role suitable for someone who is comfortable working independently, travelling between different work locations and handling a variety of marketing and operational support tasks when required.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal activities
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu
• Create and schedule social media content, including posts, stories and short-form videos
• Handle basic food, restaurant and event photography/videography
• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, posters, menus, promotional visuals and in-store collaterals
• Edit short-form videos and marketing content
• Coordinate with KOLs, influencers, media partners, landlords and external vendors
• Support publicity activities, media features and collaborations
• Manage CRM activities including EDM and WhatsApp communications
• Update restaurant websites, menus, promotions and relevant digital platforms

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or related field
• Relevant marketing experience preferred; F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage
• Familiar with social media management and digital content creation
• Basic graphic design skills; knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar software preferred
• Basic photography, videography and video editing skills
• Knowledge of CapCut or similar editing software is an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
