Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing/communications, etc.
• Experience in marketing, especially F&B or hospitality is a plus.
• Solid grounding in social media management and content creation.
• Basic photography/videography and editing skills are expected.
• Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop; CapCut is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal activities.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
• Create and schedule social media content, posts, stories and short videos.
• Handle basic photography/videography for food, restaurant and events.
• Design marketing materials such as social posts, posters, menus and in-store collaterals.
• Edit short-form videos and marketing content.
• Coordinate with KOLs, influencers, media partners, landlords and external vendors.
• Support publicity activities, media features and collaborations.
• Manage CRM activities including EDM and WhatsApp communications.
• Update restaurant websites, menus and promotional content.
