Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Marketing Officer to conceptualize, manage, and execute event plans across Cebu and Taguig. The role supports internal and external events, manages sponsorships, and coordinates vendors and logistics to ensure consistent brand messaging.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business, with 3-5 years’ relevant experience and a strong event portfolio. On-site work in Visayas and Mindanao stores is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication Arts or Business.
• 3-5 years of work experience in relevant or similar position.
• Good portfolio of organized events and sponsorship.
• Open to be assigned in Visayas and Mindanao stores.
• Marketing agency and hosting experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, manage and execute event plans and concepts to attain brand and sales objectives.
• Support different segments and business units in organizing and managing internal and external events.
• Handle post-event reports, track and evaluate the performance of sponsorship programs.
• Work with different segments and business units for event and merchandising requirements.
• Manage campaign budget and facilitate payment invoicing.
• Liaise, negotiate and onboard vendors for events and corporate giveaways.
• Handle event requirements and logistics.
• Ensure overall consistency of brand communication and materials.
• Perform other duties, work assignments and functions, as may be assigned.
