Marketing & Digital Experience Coordinator
We are seeking an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented Marketing & Digital Experience Coordinator to support our website, email marketing, PR, content, brand, and digital presence.
This is a highly hands-on execution role.
We are looking for someone who has been involved in building or launching a website, has experience working in Klaviyo, understands digital marketing and email campaigns, can support press outreach and media relationships, and has an exceptional eye for imagery, writing, and quality control.
You will be responsible for helping ensure that everything we put into the world is polished, accurate, elevated, and consistent with an ultra-luxury brand.
Website & Digital
- Support the development, redesign, and launch of our website
- Coordinate with developers, designers, writers, photographers, SEO partners, and other vendors
- QA every page of the website before launch
- Test links, forms, buttons, navigation, mobile responsiveness, spacing, formatting, imagery, and functionality
- Maintain detailed website punch lists and follow issues through to completion
- Upload and update website copy and imagery
- Identify outdated content and proactively recommend updates
- Continuously review the live website for errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve the user experience
Klaviyo & Email Marketing
Hands-on Klaviyo experience is required.
You will help manage the execution and quality control of our email marketing program, including:
- Building and sending email campaigns in Klaviyo
- Creating and maintaining email templates
- Managing lists, segments, and subscriber data
- Supporting automated flows and customer journeys
- Testing emails across desktop and mobile
- QAing links, imagery, formatting, personalization, and copy before every send
- Monitoring deliverability, opens, clicks, engagement, and unsubscribe rates
- Maintaining an organized email marketing calendar
- Helping test subject lines, messaging, imagery, and calls to action
- Reviewing campaign performance and identifying what is and isn’t working
PR & Press
You will help manage the day-to-day execution of our PR and press efforts.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and continuously improve our press and media database
- Research relevant journalists, editors, writers, publications, podcasts, and media opportunities
- Draft and send personalized press outreach emails
- Follow up with journalists and editors
- Coordinate incoming press requests
- Provide journalists with approved company information, imagery, biographies, and other assets
- Maintain press kits and media assets
- Track pitches, responses, conversations, coverage, and outstanding follow-ups
- Coordinate interviews and press opportunitiesMaintain relationships with relevant media contacts
- Work with outside PR agencies or consultants when applicable
- Maintain an organized archive of press coverage
Brand Monitoring
You will actively monitor what is being said about us and the competitive landscape.
This includes:
- Monitor online mentions
- Track press coverage and digital mentions
- Monitor relevant social media conversations
- Identify inaccurate, outdated, or problematic information about the company online
- Flag important mentions or reputational issues immediately
- Track competitor press coverage, launches, partnerships, positioning, and marketing activity
- Maintain regular reporting on brand mentions and meaningful competitive activity
This person should not wait for someone else to discover that we have been mentioned somewhere. You should already know.
Content & Copy
- Assist with writing and editing website copy, newsletters, press materials, presentations, marketing collateral, and other communications
- Turn rough ideas and notes into polished written materials
- Proofread obsessively for spelling, grammar, tone, formatting, and factual accuracy
- Maintain consistency in our company voice across channels
- Coordinate content calendars and deadlines
- Ensure published content remains current
- Excellent writing skills are essential.
Photography & Visual Assets
- Source, organize, resize, rename, and manage photography and visual assets
- Review imagery for quality and brand fit
- Select imagery for website pages, newsletters, press materials, presentations, and campaigns
- Maintain an organized digital asset library
- Ensure outdated, duplicate, low-resolution, or off-brand imagery is removed
- Coordinate image requests and licensing when necessary
You should have a naturally strong visual eye and understand the difference between imagery that is simply attractive and imagery that feels appropriate for an ultra-luxury brand.
Brand Quality Control
You will be one of the final sets of eyes on our brand.
Before something goes live, you should naturally be asking:
Is it beautiful?
Is it accurate?
Does the writing make sense?
Is this the best image we have?
Do all the links work?
Does this look right on mobile?
Is anything outdated?
Does this feel like us?
You should notice the things other people miss.
Marketing Operations & Project Management
- Maintain the marketing calendar
- Track projects, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables
- Coordinate designers, developers, photographers, writers, agencies, PR partners, and freelancers
- Prepare briefs and organize feedback
- Chase outstanding deliverables
- Keep marketing files, assets, templates, and documentation organized
- Help establish repeatable marketing processes and checklists
- Ensure projects move from idea → execution → QA → launch without requiring constant founder follow-up
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, digitally capable, visually sophisticated, resourceful, and unusually detail-oriented.
You should have:
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience
- Experience participating in a website build, redesign, or launch
- Experience with email marketing
- Experience with PR, media outreach, or press coordination
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience working with photography and digital assets
- Strong project-management abilities
- Experience working with CMS platforms
- Excellent research skills
- Strong visual judgment
- Comfort working with data and marketing performance metrics
- An obsessive attention to detail
- The ability to manage many small moving pieces simultaneously
- The confidence to flag work that isn’t good enough
- A strong sense of ownership
- Experience in luxury, hospitality, travel, fashion, editorial, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is strongly preferred.
