Job summary

blaseek is seeking a proactive CRM Specialist to drive customer engagement across digital channels. You will manage customer journeys, execute lifecycle campaigns, and analyze performance to boost retention and overall experience.

Responsibilities include planning campaigns across email, SMS, and messaging, maintaining data segmentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for accurate triggers and reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in CRM, digital marketing, or ecommerce marketing.
• Hands-on with CRM platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot, or similar.
• Experience running email and SMS campaigns end-to-end, including segmentation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Familiarity with Shopify is an advantage but not required.
