• Familiarity with website CMS such as Squarespace, Phorest, or similar; understanding of website structure and maintenance.
• Strong written communication, organization and ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, creating and distributing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails and customer communications.
• Manage email marketing lists, audience segmentation and campaign schedules, ensuring communications reach appropriate audiences.
• Manage social media posting across relevant platforms, ensuring content is published consistently and aligned with brand objectives.
• Create and maintain a structured marketing schedule or content calendar, coordinating campaigns, emails, posts and promotions.
• Coordinate marketing content and assets, including captions, graphics, promotional materials and website content.
• Maintain and update the company website, refreshing content, images and landing pages.
• Assist with website architecture and organization, ensuring logical navigation and positive user experience.
• Monitor email, social media and website performance, track metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
