Job summary

Outsourcey is seeking a skilled marketing professional in the Philippines to lead email marketing and social media initiatives. You will plan campaigns, manage schedules, and craft compelling content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, marketing coordination or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with email marketing strategy, campaign creation and execution.
• Experience managing social media posting, content scheduling and audience engagement.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging marketing content.
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage marketing activities independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
• Plan, create and distribute regular email campaigns, newsletters and promotional communications.
• Manage email marketing schedules, content calendars and campaign output to ensure consistent delivery.
• Create, schedule and publish social media content across relevant platforms.
• Monitor social media accounts and actively manage comments, messages and audience engagement.
• Track email and social media performance, including engagement, open rates, clicks and other relevant metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve email campaigns, social content and audience engagement based on performance data.
• Coordinate marketing content and activities to ensure consistent messaging, branding and output across email and social media
