Job summary

Outsourcey in the Philippines seeks an accomplished Senior Creative Leader to drive end-to-end campaigns across TV, digital, and print. You will craft 12-week themes, develop asset kits, and guide design, editing, and copy teams to ensure consistent, on-brand storytelling from ad to checkout.

With a strong direct-response background, you’ll translate concepts into compelling offers, lead a lean team, and plan major tentpole activities like Black Friday and Christmas campaigns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative leadership with a strong direct response or performance marketing background.
• A portfolio of campaigns with measurable sales results across TV, digital, email, social, and print.
• Experience briefing and directing across multiple channels and markets simultaneously.
• Sharp offer instincts and a clear point of view on what drives purchase decisions.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a lean team, managing briefs and feedback daily.

Responsibilities

• Create the overarching campaign theme for each 12 week cycle, major sale period, and always-on activity.
• Translate each theme into a campaign toolkit including key visual, messaging hierarchy, offer treatment, and channel guidelines.
• Brief and creatively direct the design, editing, and copy team and approve work before it ships.
• Keep the offer front and centre in every asset while protecting an elevated, on-brand look.
• Plan tentpole campaigns such as Black Friday and Christmas gifting well ahead of schedule.
• Ensure every channel tells one consistent story from the TV ad through to the checkout.
• Review campaign performance and feed learnings into the next creative cycle.
