Taters is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team! This role is the operational backbone of our department — while the Marketing Associate and Strategist handle campaign concepts and brand partnerships, you'll make sure those plans come to life smoothly across stores, delivery platforms, and PR channels.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Log and manage marketing support requests from Store Ops, HR, Sales, and other units
- Coordinate with technical teams to verify promo keys, POS discounts, and voucher codes are tested before go-live
- Serve as the go-to contact for store managers on marketing-related issues
- Coordinate production timelines with procurement for all marketing collaterals
- Track dispatch/delivery schedules so branches get materials before campaign launches
- Maintain inventory logs of collateral stock and event assets
- Troubleshoot marketing banner, voucher, or promo display issues on GrabFood, Foodpanda, and Taters Snackshop
- Liaise with delivery platform contacts to fix listing errors
- Conduct Day-1 checks on live campaigns to confirm accuracy
- Respond to comments and DMs across social channels in Taters' Taglish brand voice
- Escalate customer service complaints (not marketing-related) to the right team
- Manage PR kit packing, courier dispatch, and delivery tracking for influencer seeding
- Assist with trend research, creative brief drafts, and influencer sourcing to build skills toward a strategy role
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related course
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; up to 2 years' relevant experience preferred (F&B/retail background a plus)
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills; able to manage multiple deadlines and vendors
- Assertive yet polite communicator, comfortable coordinating across departments
- Detail-oriented, especially with promo codes, addresses, and launch schedules
- Proactive and calm under pressure
- Strong Taglish and English communication skills, written and verbal
