Job summary

Wonderzyme Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support campaigns, events, and live selling initiatives. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be trained for on-camera presentations.

You will assist with social media content, promotional materials, and logistics for events and live sessions across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Facebook and Instagram. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Creative and willing to contribute new ideas.
• Willing to learn and take on different marketing responsibilities.
• Confident or willing to be trained in live selling and on-camera presentations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and able to handle event coordination and logistics.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, photo/video editing, or other creative tools is an advantage.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and contribute ideas for social media content, promotions, and marketing materials.
• Participate in and host live selling sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and other social media channels.
• Assist in content creation, including photos, videos, captions, and promotional materials.
• Handle the logistics and coordination of company events, trade fairs, bazaars, exhibits, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate event materials, products, booth requirements, manpower, transportation, and other event-related needs.
• Assist with product preparation and inventory monitoring for events and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, partners, and event organizers as needed.
• Monitor marketing activities and prepare simple reports and documentation.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the Marketing Head.
