Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Execute omnichannel communication campaigns across multiple markets.
• Drive initiatives to enhance vendor experience and increase vendor engagement.
• Assist and execute regional automated campaigns using the CRM tool.
• Assist with regional campaign performance analysis and gather insights to maintain industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with local teams on content creation and translations.
• Own and drive strategic projects at regional or local levels, collaborating with stakeholders to improve vendor engagement.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Proactiveness and eagerness to learn CRM tools, Gsheet, SQL; experience with Insider, Braze is a plus.
• Comfort with data analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills in a B2B setting, with ability to take initiative, work autonomously, problem-solve, collaborate, and prioritize tasks.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Marketing or Business education background preferred.
