Job summary

UC (University of Cebu) is seeking a Marketing Associate to support campaign execution, content coordination, research, and internal coordination across units and affiliates in Cebu City.

You will manage schedules, prepare reports and presentations, monitor project progress, and liaise with internal stakeholders to meet marketing objectives across assigned units and affiliates. A relevant degree and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace applications, and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• People-oriented with the ability to work well with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handles administrative and clerical tasks related to marketing operations.
• Assists in executing marketing campaigns and content for mainstream and social media platforms.
• Conducts research and performs preliminary data analysis to support marketing initiatives.
• Prepares documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and campaign updates.
• Coordinates and liaises with internal departments and partner units to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities.
• Makes follow-ups, calls, and reminders to concerned personnel regarding deliverables and timelines.
• Manages schedules, meetings, and activity coordination for marketing-related projects.
• Monitors, updates, and tracks the progress of work objectives and assigned campaigns.
• Performs other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the Marketing Head or immediate supervisor.
