Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages for diverse audiences
• Understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour and market research methodologies
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace applications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity with the finance or lending industry is highly desirable and will strengthen your application

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media and traditional platforms
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials and promotional collateral
• Maintain and update marketing databases and customer records to ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign delivery
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, documentation and general office management
