Qualifications

• Experience with campaign optimisation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CR, AOV, bounce rate, revenue, and unsubscribe rate.
• A data-driven, proactive approach and ability to work independently.
• Experience with AI tools and solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills and interest in working across marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution and optimisation of direct marketing campaigns (email, web push, popup).
• Analyse campaign performance and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on targeting and cross-channel campaigns.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Manage product feed data for product-based campaigns.
• Grow email and web push subscribers to boost channel potential.
• Implement AI solutions to increase team efficiency and speed up campaigns.

• Analyse campaign performance and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion.

What you need to be successful in this role?
