Job summary

Ayala Malls is seeking a Marketing Associate Manager to support the delivery of corporate and localized marketing programs at Ayala Malls Arca South. The role ensures campaigns align with brand standards, business goals, and customer engagement objectives.

You will manage events, promos, and PR efforts, assisting merchants to create marketing programs that boost brand visibility and mall traffic, while supporting rental income targets.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, strong communication, fluent English, and event-planning experience.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Launch and implement Ayala Malls events, promos, and mall-wide programs to standards.
• Support achieving mall venue rent income targets and marketing recoveries including sponsorships.
• Manage communications and PR to raise awareness of Ayala-initiated events and promos.
• Assist merchants in conceiving marketing programs to promote their brand and mall presence.

We are looking for a Marketing Associate Managerto support the implementation and execution of both corporate-led and localized marketing programs at Ayala Malls Arca South. The role ensures the seamless delivery of marketing initiatives aligned with Ayala Malls' brand standards, business goals, and customer engagement objectives.

As a Marketing Associate Manager, you will be responsible in handling the following:

• Launch and implement Ayala Malls initiated events and promos including local and international shows, mall-wide sales, family events in the quality standard of the Commercial Business Group
• Help achieve mall venue rent income target and marketing recoveries including sponsorship and other opportunities
• Handle communication and PR efforts to increase awareness of Ayala initiated and mall-initiated events and promos
• Assist merchants in the conceptualization of specific marketing programs to promote their brand and branch in the mall

Qualifications for this position are as follows:

• Candidate must possess a College Degree in any Business Course, preferably in Marketing or Communications
• At least three (3) years of working experience specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, fast-learner, proficient in English, experience in organizing events, good communication skills, multi-tasker
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
• Graphic design and digital media editing skills preferable
