Job summary

A local food corporation in Muntinlupa is looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop strategies, manage online content, and coordinate marketing events. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in digital platforms. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and event management is a plus. This full-time position will be based on-site with a focus on driving brand awareness and market engagement.

• Organizes and implements marketing activities or events to raise product awareness and increase sales
• Plans advertising and promotional campaigns for products on a variety of media
• Contributes to the implementation of marketing strategies, with specific objectives and targets as set by the management.
• Manage and create online content on the company’s website and all social media accounts.
• Prepare social media updates, content and design for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.
• Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies.
• Prepare reports regarding performances of our online marketing efforts.
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns
• Supervise at least 1-2 staff
• Perform other task as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 – 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably specialized in Marketing or equivalent.
• With excellent writing and communication skills
• Proficient in digital platforms such us Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, and other social media platforms
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop or video editing platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, results-driven and detail-oriented with the strong ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Unique sense to grasp the latest industry and market trends
• Self-motivated and result-oriented, with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• With proven working experience in events management and promotions
