Job Description / Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Retail Coordinator (RC) team, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
• Plan and execute visual displays and presentation strategies to attract customers and promote products.
• Evaluate the effectiveness, performance, and impact of retail modules and displays.
• Audit module/display/POP work conducted by the RC team and implement corrective actions for improvement.
• Oversee all POP material and freebies distribution, monitoring, and request management.
• Manage the setup (ingress), execution, and teardown (egress) of store exhibits and special displays.
