About the role
The Marketing Associate supports the day-to-day execution of marketing activities, with a strong focus on activations, social media content, promotions, trade visibility, and sales support. The role works closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to bring marketing plans to life in the field, monitor sales activities nationwide, identify opportunities, and help develop activities that improve product visibility, customer engagement, and sales. The position is expected to be hands‑on and proactive, regularly coordinating with sales teams, branches, dealers, stores, suppliers, and other partners to ensure marketing activities are properly executed.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in producing content for the company's social media platforms, including photos, videos, reels, stories, and other short‑form content
- Coordinate with the Marketing team, field personnel, and agencies to gather relevant content from stores, dealers, farms, events, and other activities
- Assist in planning and executing content shoots and field visits
- Create designs for marketing materials (posters, banners, social media posts) based on approved layouts and guidelines
- Coordinate with suppliers for the timely production of marketing materials such as posters, banners, signage, brochures, promotional items, displays, and other collaterals
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activations, events, roadshows, seminars, product launches, and other field activities
- Coordinate logistics, materials, manpower, suppliers, and other requirements for activations
- Monitor competitor promotions, displays, pricing activities, visibility, events, and other marketing initiatives in the field
- Organize and manage digital media assets including footage, photos, and final outputs
- Properly label, store, and back up media files for easy access and reuse
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Communication, or any related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in multimedia production or marketing support. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may be considered
- Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Knowledge in marketing – including campaigns, execution, and familiarity with digital marketing channels
- Familiarity with photography, videography, lighting, and sound basics
- Knowledge of social media formats, publishing, and content best practices
- Strong attention to detail and creativity required
- Portfolio or showreel of previous multimedia work required upon application
- NBI Clearance and pre‑employment medical clearance required prior to regularization
- Must be willing to work extended hours, travel, and shoot on location for events or field activities
