Job summary

Pronatural Feed Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Marketing Associate to execute field marketing activities, support social media content, and boost product visibility nationwide. You will collaborates with Marketing and Sales teams, stores, dealers, and events to deliver engaging campaigns.

The role requires 1–2 years in multimedia or marketing support, basic design skills, and a portfolio. Willingness to travel and work extended hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in multimedia production or marketing support; fresh graduates with portfolio may be considered.
• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Knowledge of marketing campaigns, execution, and digital channels.
• Familiarity with photography, videography, lighting, and sound basics.
• Knowledge of social media formats, publishing, and content best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Portfolio or showreel of multimedia work required on application.
• NBI clearance and pre-employment medical clearance before regularization.
• Willing to work extended hours, travel, and shoot on location for events.

Responsibilities

• Produce content for social platforms including photos, videos, reels, stories, and short‑form content.
• Coordinate with Marketing, field teams, and agencies to gather content from stores, dealers, events.
• Plan and execute content shoots and field visits.
• Create designs for posters, banners, and social posts based on approved layouts.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely production of marketing materials.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute activations, events, roadshows, and product launches.
• Coordinate logistics, manpower, and suppliers for activations.
• Monitor competitor promotions, visibility, pricing, and field activity.
• Organize and manage digital media assets; label and back up media files.
