Job summary

Filta in the Philippines is seeking a creative Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will create visually compelling designs, plan multi-channel content, and support sales through brand-consistent material across trade and consumer audiences.

You’ll collaborate with an Australia-based manager and Business Development colleagues, building content and campaigns from concept to delivery, while tracking performance and refining strategies.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in graphic design, digital marketing, content writing, or social media management.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, and social media campaign assets.
• Expertise with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, CMS (WordPress/Shopify/Squarespace), and email marketing software.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting for B2B/B2C audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for flyers, brochures, product spec sheets, POS materials, signage, digital ads, and social graphics according to brand guidelines.
• Plan, schedule, and publish multi-channel content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, tracking engagement and managing community interactions.
• Research industry trends and write blog posts, website copy, and newsletters in the brand voice.
• Design, build, and distribute targeted e-blasts and newsletters using Mailchimp.
• Prepare promotional materials, pitch templates, and trade show assets for Business Development.
• Monitor KPIs across web, social, and email campaigns and report performance with strategic recommendations.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting directly to an Australia-based Marketing Manager and collaborating closely with the Business Development team, as part of the Marketing department, you’ll drive brand awareness and support sales growth across trade and consumer audiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create visually compelling graphic designs for flyers, brochures, product spec sheets, point-of-sale (POS) materials, signage, digital ads, and social media graphics following brand guidelines.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging multi-channel content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, while tracking engagement metrics, managing community interactions, and highlighting trade partners.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, recipes, and sustainable farming practices to write captivating blog posts, website copy, and newsletter content in the brand voice.
• Design, build, and distribute targeted e-blasts and subscriber newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp.
• Prepare promotional materials, customer pitch templates, and trade show assets for the Business Development team.
• Monitor key performance indicators across web traffic, social media, and email marketing campaigns to report performance results and recommend strategic improvements.

What You'll Bring

• 1 to 2+ years of hands-on experience in a graphic design, digital marketing, content writing, or social media management role.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience.
• A strong creative portfolio demonstrating skills in graphic design, branding, and social media campaign assets.
• Expertise with graphic design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, Content Management Systems (WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace), and email marketing software.
• Strong storytelling ability and copywriting skills tailored for B2B trade and B2C consumer audiences.
