Job summary

Manila Memorial Park is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support advertising campaigns and marketing strategies under the supervision of the SAVP - Premier. You will help plan events, create materials, and boost our digital presence across social media, emails, and websites.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and creative thinking, with the ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• 1–3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to conceptualize and initiate events planning and market research.
• Highly organized, creative and detail-oriented.
• Able to work with diverse styles of people.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Computer literate with common design tools (e.g., Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing events including promotional activities, ads and exhibits.
• Creates marketing materials, print and digital, per department standards.
• Assists in digital marketing by creating materials for social media, emails, and websites.

About the role

Under the supervision of the SAVP - Premier, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible to perform functions related to the advertising campaigns and marketing strategies of the Company.

Key responsibilities

• Assists in planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing special events including but not limited to promotional activities, advertisement and exhibits.
• Creates marketing materials, print and digital, in accordance with the prevailing Department standards and/or in coordination with the Department Head of the Sales and Marketing Department and other MMP Departments.
• Assists in the digital marketing efforts of the Company by creating digital marketing materials and content for the Company's social media page/s, emails, and websites and other related platforms.
• Communicates and works effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Performs additional tasks that may be assigned as needed.

About you

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• Preferably with 1-3 years of related work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
