The successful candidate will assist with content creation, social media posting, and coordination with designers and agencies, with emphasis on organized, proactive support and on-site collaboration at Baesa, Caloocan City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Basic content creation and editing skills using Canva or CapCut.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for ORO and OMG product lines.
• Create and post content across various social media platforms.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and agencies for campaign materials.
• Monitor online shop listings and coordinate promotions with the e-commerce team.
• Track campaign performance metrics and assist in preparing reports.
• Support the preparation of marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, giveaways).
