Job summary

TRBank, Inc. in Tarlac is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support daily loan center operations and help process loan applications to meet monthly targets. The role requires keen attention to detail, pro-activity, and strong customer service in a banking environment.

You will act as OIC when the Loan Manager and Loan Officer are out, monitor application flow, coordinate with Marketing Coordinators, and maintain files and deliverables with confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Banking or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to support loan-center operations and client inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervision in daily loan center operations and processing of loan applications.

• Maintain custody of files and confidential documents.

JOB SUMMARY / PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• The Marketing Assistant acts as legwork to their immediate supervisors in daily loan center operations and ensures processing and follow through of loan applications until releasing to achieve monthly targets

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations:

Maintains the loan centers cleanliness and orderliness

Acts as OIC whenever Loan Manager and Loan Officer are out of the office

Receives, screens and monitors processing of loan applications

• Ensures all loan applications are processed


• Assists loan agents & clients of their inquiries


• Maintains and ensure prompt submission of deliverables New Loan Agents Monitoring, Summary of Releases, etc.

Custodianship:

• Maintains proper use and care of office equipment, facilities and supplies of their loan center


• Maintains files of the bank loan applications, CAM, internal memorandums and other confidential files, making sure those are kept secured from agents or anyone not related to the bank.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Coordinate with Marketing Coordinators the status of loan applications received and follow through until it is successfully released


• Maintain and update reports to ensure prompt submission of deliverables

QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES:

Education : Must possess at least a Bachelor degree Marketing/Business Studies / Administration /Management/Banking and Finance or its equivalent.
