Job summary

BeautyScale is seeking a marketing-focused professional to support our Marketing Director and scale BeautyScale Media. You will publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube and newsletters, grow viewers and subscribers, and help book guests for our podcast.

You will manage day-to-day publishing on our platform and refine content processes to drive growth. The role requires 2–4 years in marketing, content, or social media, comfort with analytics, and autonomy in a remote-ready setup.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in marketing, content, or social media roles.
• Fluent English; French is a strong plus.

The Role

You will support our Marketing Director in executing BeautyScale Media's strategy, which is already defined. Your job is to make it grow: publish content across our channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and newsletters), grow our viewers, readers, and subscribers, and help book new guests for our podcast. You will run day-to-day publishing on our marketing platform and refine our content processes, all with one goal: scaling BeautyScale Media.

What You'll Do

• Publish across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube on our platform.
• Edit BeautyScale Podcast format content accross all social medias.
• Source and book new guests for the BeautyScale podcast.
• Repurpose content across posts, reels, snippets, and other formats.
• Track performance with data and analytics; report weekly and monthly.
• Improve and document our content and publishing processes.

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 4 years in marketing, content, or social media roles.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and newsletters.
• Comfortable publishing at pace and reading performance analytics.
• Experience or strong interest in podcasts and guest outreach.
• Fluent English. French is a strong plus.
• Autonomous, organised, reliable, and remote-ready.

Our process is two steps: a 30-minute interview, followed by a 1-hour practical test. We're looking for candidates available immediately.
