The role involves collaborating with Modern Trade, General Trade, and distributor teams, executing marketing plans, and managing resources and collateral with a strong emphasis on fieldwork (90-95%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and delegation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (90-95% fieldwork).
• A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
