Job summary

Nestlé Business Services AOA, Inc. in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist to deliver data-driven insights and robust dashboards for social media and marketing initiatives.

You will generate actionable recommendations and partner with stakeholders to translate data into impactful actions. The role requires a strong background in analytics, Power BI, and Azure, with 2–5 years’ experience and a collaborative, agile mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; MBA and/or Data Sciences background will be a plus.
• Proficiency in English language for both written and oral.
• 2-5 years of experience providing insights into marketing services.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and tell the story from metrics.
• Knowledge or at least basic experience in Microsoft Azure usage, Power BI and PowerApps.
• Familiar with Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create reports and provide strong recommendations and actionable insights related to social media and marketing campaigns.
• Develop dashboards and documentation, enabling real-time data and data-driven decisions.
• Design performance reports and visualizations for business and technical audiences.
• Develop dashboards using Power BI and Power Query to provide real-time visibility of performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover needs, interpret requirements, and troubleshoot dashboard/data source issues.
