Job summary

Wego is seeking a talented Marketing Automation & AI Engineer to design and deploy autonomous AI agents that optimize marketing operations. You will work with the Performance Marketing team to translate KPIs into configurable campaigns and automated workflows across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and more.

The role focuses on building adaptable, configuration-driven automation systems and ensuring data integrity, API reliability, and scalable AI agent deployments in a fast-moving digital marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance/digital marketing analytics and marketing automation with hands-on experience in AI engineering.
• Deep understanding of paid performance KPIs, media platform APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) and MMP tooling (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
• Proven experience building end-to-end campaign automation systems including programmatic campaign creation, ML-driven optimization, and automated actions via ad platform APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end automated workflows for campaign creation, audience segmentation, creative assembly, launch, and optimization using AI/ML signals across channels.
• Engineer multi-agent systems to generate and iterate on personalized ad content at scale.
• Build flexible data flows for real-time marketing activation and dynamic content generation.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing to translate KPIs into technical configurations with reliable APIs.
• Develop autonomous AI agents using LLMs for marketing workflows.
