Boutique Outsource Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Associate to kick-start a career in a NZ-based commercial business. You will write social media content, manage product listings, and support marketing campaigns from Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

The role requires a business-focused degree, strong copywriting, and solid knowledge of social media, email marketing, and promotions. A dynamic, detail-oriented, and outgoing candidate will fit well here.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration major in Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Knowledgeable in Sales, Marketing, Advertising and Promotions concepts and strategies.
• Strong writing and copy-editing abilities.
• Familiarity with social media, email marketing, search engines and digital promotion channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Willing to work on-site in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Write and post social media content for company channels.
• Manage products listed on our website and inventory system; set prices and discounts.
• Upload images and improve product descriptions.
• Support Product Manager with purchasing and inventory tasks.
• Assist the Product Manager and Graphic Artist with content and placeholders.
• Develop reports and assist with promotional campaigns and activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on ad hoc tasks.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Write and Post Social Media Content for our social channels.
• Manage & Monitor the Products listed in our website and in our inventory management system.
• Managing Includes (but not limited to):
• Setting up correct price
• Setting up product discounts
• Uploading the correct images
• Write & improve product descriptions.
• Help the Product Manager procure orders – product purchasing support.
• Help the Graphic Artist with regarding content and placeholders.
• Assist Product Manager with Purchasing and Inventory
• Assist with the creation, development, and implementation of reports.
• Support Product Management and Marketing team for any Promotional Campaigns/Activities.
• Other ad hoc task/s related to product management and marketing.
