Job description

Elaia Green Vehicles Corporation is looking for a skilled Market Research Manager who is passionate, highly efficient, and has knowledge of various market research techniques. He/She will organize, coordinate, and supervise the implementation of market research activities of the Company, and provide recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis, customer insights, market and competitive research.

Responsibilities

• Familiarization with the Company's programs, projects, and other activities, both on-going and planned, to conduct market research on;
• Coordination with different departments for inputs to plan and prioritize research requests;
• Planning and development of market research to be conducted, selecting the appropriate qualitative and quantitative market research methods;
• Organization and supervision of the field work for data gathering (surveys, focus group discussions, in-depth interviews);
• Analysis of the data gathered, and presentation of the same to Elaia Management, including recommendations pertaining to product designs, production, distribution, and advertising

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelors / Masters Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, Finance, Social Sciences or Mathematics; MBA Degree is an advantage
• At least three (3) years of experience in market research or a similar field
• Working experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Adept at analytical software such as SPSS
• Working knowledge and experience in the use of statistical techniques
• Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
