Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor macro trends, real estate developments, competitor activities, and updates across target estate locations.
• Synthesize industry news and market shifts into regular digest summaries for executive review.
• Proactively highlight emerging threats, supply/demand dynamics or regulatory changes to leadership.
• Execute primary and secondary research projects (UAI, CSAT surveys, FGDs, Market Scans, Competitor Audits).
• Conduct data collection via surveys, stakeholder interviews, desktop research, and data extraction.
• Manage research logistics end-to-end (respondent sourcing, scheduling, deployment).
• Maintain Centralized FAQs and Estate Statistics repository across estate assets.
• Archive research reports, raw data, transcripts, and collateral for cross-functional retrieval.
• Clean, structure, and synthesize data into summaries, tables, and visual charts.
• Liaise with Operations, Sales, Marketing/Reputation, and Project Development to align objectives.

About The Role

The Market Research Associate supports the execution of market intelligence and customer insight initiatives across the Industrial and Commercial portfolio of the Aboitiz Real Estate. This role delivers continuous market monitoring, day-to-day primary and secondary research execution, data collection, and baseline analytical support to the Head of Customer and Market Intelligence. You will ensure market data, customer feedback, and estate statistics are accurate, structured, and readily available to drive high-impact Sales, Marketing, and Development decisions. This is a hands-on position requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong data hygiene, and end-to-end operational rigor across all research projects and knowledge repositories.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor macro trends, real estate developments, competitor activities, and industrial/commercial property updates across target estate locations.
• Synthesize industry news and market shifts into regular digest summaries for executive review.
• Proactively highlight emerging competitive threats, supply/demand dynamics, or regulatory changes to team leadership.
• Execute both primary and secondary research projects, including Usage, Attitude & Image (UAI) studies, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), Market Scans, and Competitor Audits.
• Conduct data collection via surveys, stakeholder interviews, desktop research, and data extraction across estate touchpoints.
• Manage research logistics end-to-end, including respondent sourcing, schedule coordination, survey deployment, and briefing materials.
• Own, maintain, and regularly update the Centralized FAQs and Estate Statistics repository across all estate assets.
• Archive research reports, raw data sets, transcripts, and supporting collateral for seamless cross-functional retrieval.
• Clean, structure, and synthesize raw data into initial summaries, data tables, and visual charts.
• Liaise with internal teams - Operations, Sales, Marketing/Reputation, and Project Development to gather necessary inputs and align research objectives.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication Research, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data manipulation and visualization.
• Knowledgeable with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Exceptional organization, meticulous attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in real estate is highly advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with online survey software (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms) or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
