Job summary

Smoothmoves, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Market Research Specialist in Laguna to independently plan, execute, analyze, and present market research projects, and to manage external service providers.

You will develop competitive intelligence, monitor market trends, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety, personnel, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in English, strong facilitation, analytical thinking, and teamwork are essential; experience with Qualtrics and BI tools is

• Higher education in Economics, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Strong moderation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities; proactive and takes initiative.
• Strong communication skills with assertiveness.

• Proficient in MS Office tools and BI tools; familiarity with online survey tools.

Responsibilities
