Job summary

UAAGI, exclusive distributor of Foton trucks, Chery, Lynk & Co, Baic Auto and Radar EV Pick-Up in the Philippines, is seeking a Market Planning Specialist (Supervisor) to drive market intelligence and strategic decision making. The role is based on-site in Quezon City with standard full-time hours and a 45-hour work week.

The candidate will lead market research, analyze industry trends, and support product planning, pricing, and dealer strategies to strengthen brand competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or strategic planning (automotive industry preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting reports to management.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Market & Industry Analysis: monitor trends, regulatory developments, and economic factors affecting the automotive sector.
• Monthly Market/Competitor Analysis Reports: track launches, pricing, promotions, and dealer strategies; develop industry sales reports.
• Market Research Initiatives: lead special research projects; administer dealer brand/model surveys and early buyer/rejecter studies.
• Strategic Decision Support: provide insights for product planning, pricing strategies, and campaign performance; support sales and dealer strategies.
