Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Market Data Associate for a 4-6 month fixed term contract in Metro Manila. The role focuses on collecting and validating office market information, encoding data into the Property One Database, and ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

You will conduct site visits, coordinate with brokers and managers, and support database maintenance and reporting. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and fieldwork readiness are required.

Qualifications

• College undergraduate or graduate in business, real estate, marketing, IT, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel within Metro Manila for fieldwork.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in data entry, market research, real estate, or administrative work is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, encode, and maintain office market information in the Property One Database.
• Conduct site visits to office buildings and business districts across Metro Manila.
• Coordinate with property managers, developers, leasing teams, and brokers to validate information.
• Encode and update collected data in the Property One Database.
• Verify and maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency of records.
• Prepare progress reports and monitor assigned properties.
