Job summary

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with brokers and property teams across Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• College undergraduate or graduate in any business, real estate, marketing, IT, or related course.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within Metro Manila.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to office buildings and business districts across Metro Manila.
• Gather property information, vacancy data, building contacts, photographs, and other market intelligence.
• Coordinate with property managers, developers, leasing teams, and brokers to validate information.
• Encode and update collected data in the Property One Database.
• Verify and maintain the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of database records.
• Research and update technical building specifications and other property details.
• Perform regular quality assurance checks on database information.
• Support database migration, maintenance, and enhancement initiatives.
• Prepare progress reports and monitor assigned properties and areas.
