Job summary

FactSet is hiring a Market Data Analyst in Manila as part of Data Operations and Licensing. You will manage monthly reporting to third-party and exchange sources and coordinate with clients and data providers.

You will track your workload, coordinate with Sales, Finance, Product Development, and Legal, and contribute to departmental projects with minimal supervision. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
1–2 years in a Specialist role or equivalent.
2 years of experience in global financial markets and market data distribution.
Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

70% Undertaking FactSet’s monthly reporting and operational workflow; including invoice validation, pricing updates and ensuring documentation is current.
10% Coordinate with vendors and internal groups to support data vendor administrative processes.
10% Contract management with third party vendors and internal stakeholders.
10% Contributing to departmental projects both independently and in groups with limited guidance.
