Job summary

TP ICAP in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Market Data Administration Analyst to manage the financial governance of market data spend, invoice processing, budgeting, and forecasting. You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate cost allocation, contract compliance, and cost optimization opportunities.

Familiarity with market data vendors and related expense management is a plus.
Proven ability to analyze invoices, budgets, and forecasts with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Review, validate, and process market data vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for market data spend.
Reconcile invoices against contracts, entitlements, and consumption reports.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Technology, and business stakeholders.
Develop financial models and dashboards to track spend by vendor, region, and product.
Verify pricing against negotiated terms and assist in contract negotiations.
