Job summary

TP ICAP in Manila is seeking a proactive Market Data Administration Analyst to support the financial management, analysis and control of market data vendor expenditure. You will ensure accurate invoice processing, cost allocation and reporting while interfacing with Finance, Procurement and Technology teams.

The role requires 3–5+ years in financial analysis or related fields, strong reconciliation skills, and familiarity with Oracle or similar financial systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Financial Analysis, Accounts Payable, Procurement Finance, Market Data Administration, or Vendor Management.
• Experience handling high‑volume vendor invoices and reconciliations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process market data vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate discrepancies, pricing variances, and billing exceptions with vendors.
• Ensure timely invoice approvals and payments; maintain records of invoices and credits.
• Reconcile invoices against contracts, entitlements, and consumption reports.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for market data expenditure.
• Develop financial models to support cost planning and decision-making.
• Produce management reports detailing spend by vendor, business unit, cost centre, product, exchange, asset class and region.
