Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Accounts Payable, Procurement Finance, Market Data Administration, or Vendor Management
• Experience handling high-volume vendor invoices and reconciliations
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Understanding of market data vendors such as Bloomberg, LSEG, ICE, FactSet, S&P Global, CME or exchange data providers is advantageous
• Strong governance and risk mindset

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process market data vendor invoices for accuracy and contractual compliance
• Investigate invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely invoice approvals and payment processing per policies
• Maintain records of invoices, credits, and documentation
• Reconcile vendor invoices against contracts, entitlements, usage reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities for market data expenditure
• Produce management reports detailing spend by Vendor, BU, Cost Centre, Product, Exchange, Asset Class and Region
• Identify spending trends and opportunities for cost optimization
• Verify pricing against negotiated terms and contracts
• Support contract negotiations with financial analysis and spend insights
• Maintain internal controls over financial records and expenditure reporting
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Compliance, Technology and Business stakeholders
