Job summary

Ocean Technologies Group, part of OneOcean, is seeking a Technical Services Engineer in the Philippines. The role includes deployments, AIS installations, and 24x7 support across APAC/EMEA/Americas shifts. You will coordinate with multiple internal teams and ensure service levels are met.

The position is a 36‑month fixed term contract. Candidates should have 2–5 years in maritime IT support, strong troubleshooting, and English communication skills to service a global customer base.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Vessel IT or technical support roles.
• Experience supporting AIS solutions onboard vessels is advantageous.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and execute deployments, upgrades and migrations.
• Perform remote AIS software and hardware installations and configurations.
• Provide world‑class technical support via phone, email, and tickets.
• Process and fulfil service requests within agreed SLAs and records.
• Identify recurring issues and assist with root cause analysis.
