Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Significant direct sourcing and networking experience.
• Experience with in-house recruitment and interview coordination.
• Strong ability to assess and select top talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs active and passive sourcing of candidates for Recruitment Requests assigned by local leadership or Global Recruitment Manager.
• Maintains contact with Officers and Ratings; expands talent pool.
• Participates in local recruitment events to attract candidates.
• Ensures records in recruitment systems are correct and up-to-date; notes verification details.
• Discusses offers with shortlisted candidates and arranges screenings, tests, interviews and background checks.
• Submits proposals to Planners and CMMs; follows process to joined status.
• Attends team meetings and collaborates with colleagues and third-party agencies on operational matters.
