Job summary

Portavaga Ship Management Inc is seeking a Marine Officer with demonstrated experience in oil, chemical and gas tanker vessel operations to oversee onshore and afloat operations.

The ideal candidate holds at least Chief Mate License and has completed tanker safety courses (STOT, STCT, STGT) and has 2+ years seagoing experience; onshore experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in tanker vessel operations and command responsibilities.
• 2+ years seagoing experience onboard relevant operations.
• Chief Mate License or higher required; STCW specialized courses noted.
