Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Margining and Futures Operations Associate to manage daily client margining, collateral movements and risk reporting across global markets. The role requires three days a week in the office as part of our hybrid approach.

You will monitor transactions, perform reconciliations, and resolve margin-call disputes, while collaborating with internal stakeholders on BAU activities and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in financial markets, risk management and trading operations.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client margin requirements, collateral settlements, and credit/risk reporting across global markets.
• Monitor and process transactions, perform reconciliations, and investigate margin call disputes and other risk-related issues.
• Support business-as-usual activities and strategic projects, drive operational excellence and transformation initiatives.
• Help maintain a strong risk and control environment while delivering high standards of service.
