Job summary

Macquarie Group in Manila is seeking a qualified operations professional to manage daily client margin requirements, collateral settlements and risk reporting across global markets.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders on BAU activities and strategic projects, helping to maintain a strong risk and control environment while delivering high standards of service. Hybrid working is available, with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in financial markets, risk management and trading operations.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• A proactive, adaptable and team-oriented mindset.
• The ability to perform well under pressure and meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client margin requirements, collateral settlements and credit/risk reporting across global markets.
• Monitor and process transactions, perform reconciliations, and investigate/resolve margin call disputes and other risk-related issues.
• Support business-as-usual activities and strategic projects, contribute to operational excellence and transformation initiatives.
• Help maintain a strong risk and control environment while delivering high standards of service.
