Job summary

Lokal is seeking a driven Telesales Executive (Marathi-speaking) to support Lokal App’s growth by engaging potential users via outbound calls and converting leads into customers. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to leverage campaigns, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide on-ground customer insights that influence future strategies.

This is an ownership-heavy role with targets and real impact.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Marathi and English.
• 1 year minimum sales experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Experience with CRM and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and promote Lokal App's services.
• Identify customer needs and craft tailored solutions.
• Maintain records of calls, interactions, and leads in the CRM.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from contact to closing.
• Collaborate with marketing to leverage campaigns and boost sales.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to growth.
