Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking an Associate Trainee to support maintenance, production and quality at the Sricity Mill. You will learn to operate and maintain equipment involved in production, packaging, and distribution, while adhering to safety guidelines and continuous improvement practices.

This entry-level role focuses on hands-on maintenance, data logging, and contributing to KPI targets such as uptime, waste, and quality. Training and relocation support may be provided as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Maintain equipment in production, packaging and distribution through preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Follow KC safety rules, ensure own and others’ safety, report near misses and unsafe acts promptly.
• Operate and troubleshoot production machines; perform RCA for downtime and quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle raw material and packing material preparation, loading, splicing, unloading, and routing according to procedures.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and address quality defects and short stops.
• Maintain shop-floor 5S, cleanliness, and accurate data entry in MIS and quality logs.
